Square Enix has confirmed Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition is a definitive version of Final Fnatasy XV and its already included all released DLC and the Royal Edition DLC as well.Royal Edition DLC will includes :

• New features – First person mdoe, new gear, new bosses, new item
• New Mode – Armiger Unleashed
• Royal Vessel – A boat from FFXV is now controllable

Tons of Visual Upgrades

Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition will got lot of visual upgrades especially on resolution and fps.Final Fantasy XV will support native 4K also 4K HDR if you’re using Windows 10 in 60fps.Textures, models, particle and lot of other thing also will be tweaked in this version.Dont forget about NVIDIA Game Works, Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition is using NVIDIA Game Works to improve their simualtion system, such as

Steam version still get this multiplayer mode but cant cross play with Xbox One, make sure you dont buy the wrong version if you had lot of Xbox One friends
